How ThirteenK collects, uses and protects your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Payments are processed by PayFast. Your card and banking details are entered on PayFast's secure systems and are never stored on our servers.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch, returns), manage your account and notify-me requests, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Lawful basis under POPIA
We process your information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to comply with the law, for our legitimate business interests, or with your consent (for example marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time).
Who we share it with
- PayFast — to process payments.
- The Courier Guy and Pargo — to deliver your order.
We share only what is needed to provide the service, and we do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies for the cart, checkout, basic analytics and to remember your preferences. You can manage your choices through our cookie consent banner or your browser settings.
Data retention

Security
