The terms that apply when you shop with ThirteenK. Please read them before placing an order.
Who we are
ThirteenK is operated by Tredicik Group (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa, trading at thirteenk.co.za. Contact us at hello@thirteenk.co.za. [TODO: company registration no. and VAT no.]
Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an error occurs we'll let you know before processing your order and you can confirm or cancel.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms once we accept your order and confirm payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund you in full where payment was already taken.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. Accepted methods include cards (Visa and Mastercard), Instant EFT, SnapScan and Mobicred. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.
Shipping
We deliver within South Africa via The Courier Guy and Pargo. Rates, delivery times and dispatch details are set out on our Shipping & returns page.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days, and we'll replace or refund defective items. Full details, including refund timelines, are on the Shipping & returns page.
Own-brand made-to-order items
Our 13K Binary, 13K Laser and 13K XIII lines are made to order and are eligible for exchange or store credit only — they are not refundable unless defective.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
Intellectual property
The ThirteenK and 13K names, the 13K symbol, our designs and site content are the property of Tredicik Group (Pty) Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
