How we ship and how returns work.

Shipping

We deliver within South Africa only at launch.

• The Courier Guy — standard, tracked door-to-door delivery. R99 flat, or free on orders over R500.
• Pargo pickup points — collect from a point near you. R60 flat.

Delivery times

• Cape Town — 1–2 business days
• Major metros — 2–3 business days
• Rest of South Africa — 3–5 business days

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. For EFT orders, we'll need your banking details by email to process the refund.

Own-brand items

Our 13K Binary, 13K Laser and 13K XIII lines are made to order. These are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are not refundable, unless they arrive defective.

Defective items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it within 7 days. Email us a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

Starting a return
